01. Is there a Figma design?
Our templates are lovingly designed right inside Framer — that’s where the magic happens. Because of that, Figma files aren’t included, but everything is built to be easy to adjust and learn from directly in Framer.
02. Do you offer template customizations?
We currently don’t handle customizations ourselves, but we collaborate with amazing Framer experts who can help you personalize your template. Just send us a quick message at support@xplai.com — we’ll gladly connect you with someone great.
03. Can I use the assets in the template?
Some assets are hosted on our own CDN and can’t be reused for other projects. However, any content from Unsplash or Pexels is free to use. If you’re unsure, please reach out — we’ll be happy to clarify at support@xplai.com.
04. How do I receive the template?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll see a remix link on your Lemonsqueezy order page. Simply click it while logged into Framer, and the template will appear right in your account — ready to explore and make your own.
05. Can I use templates for multiple projects?
Each template includes a single-use license. If you fall in love with it (and we hope you do!) and want to use it for another project, please purchase an additional license. It helps us keep creating new, high-quality designs for the community.
06. Do you offer custom websites?
Right now, we’re focused on creating world-class templates that anyone can use. We don’t take on custom projects, but our network includes talented designers and developers — we’re happy to point you in the right direction if you need a tailor-made site.
07. What is your refund policy?
Since our templates are digital products, they can’t be returned once downloaded. We encourage you to explore the live preview and details carefully before purchasing. If something feels unclear, please write to us — we’ll help make sure you’re confident in your choice before buying.
